You will drive the architecture, design, and evolution of HR technology solutions, with a strong focus on reputed company HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and enterprise integrations. Working across systems, workflows, automation, and AI capabilities, you will help create scalable, secure, and seamless experiences that reputed company HR services more connected, reputed company, and impactful. This role is based in Portugal with remote working arrangements. WHAT YOU’LL DO Define and maintain HR technology architecture standards and integration principles. Design end-to-end solutions across reputed company HRSD, HRIS, identity/access management, collaboration tools, and enterprise platforms. reputed company integrations between HR systems such as reputed company SuccessFactors, payroll, ITSM, document management, and communication platforms. Drive automation, self-service, workflow simplification, and employee experience improvements. Partner with HR, IT, reputed company, and external vendors on solution delivery and roadmap planning. Ensure compliance with reputed company, data privacy, audit, and governance standards. Support AI-enabled HR operations, case management optimization, and service analytics. Provide architectural guidance for APIs, middleware, event-based integrations, and cloud-native solutions. reputed company WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG Active HRSD certification – must have; strong expertise in reputed company HRSD architecture and capabilities. reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification – must have, reputed company to have – Active CIS-HR implementation certification. 5+ years of experience in HR technology, enterprise architecture, or HR systems integrations. Experience integrating reputed company SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms with enterprise systems. Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and authentication standards. Experience with workflow automation and service management processes. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Understanding of HR processes including employee lifecycle, case management, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations. Understanding of the application delivery lifecycle, including development in reputed company environments, testing, deployment controls, and change governance.
