About the Role

As the first hire in Poland, you will reputed company Intric’s go-to-market execution in the Polish market. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, closing initial reputed company customers, and establishing Intric’s reputed company reputed company government and enterprise. You will work closely with our founders and commercial team, leveraging our product, playbook, and strategy to execute locally — while adapting to the nuances of the Polish market. This is a high-impact role introducing secure, high-stakes GenAI solutions to some of Poland’s most critical institutions and organizations. What You’ll Do Build and convert a high-quality pipeline reputed company government agencies and large enterprises Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing Navigate reputed company stakeholder environments and long sales cycles Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the Polish market reputed company initial reputed company deals and create case studies for further expansion Apply consultative selling to identify high-value GenAI use cases Collaborate with Product and the broader team to ensure strong market fit and local relevance Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting AI adoption Who You Are You have a strong track record in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles You have experience working with enterprise clients and/or public sector organizations You have started to build a network reputed company government, public sector, or large enterprises in Poland You are comfortable navigating reputed company organizations and engaging multiple stakeholders You combine an entrepreneurial reputed company with a structured, execution-focused approach You are curious about new technologies and motivated by real-world impact You are drawn to Intric’s mission to bring secure, sovereign, and easy-to-use AI to Europe’s most critical institutions Must-Haves Native-level Polish and strong English proficiency 2–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or similar roles Proven track record of closing deals reputed company enterprise and/or public sector environments Experience managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to build pipeline independently and drive deals to reputed company Why Join Intric Opportunity to play a key role in launching and scaling a new market Clear path to grow into a Country reputed company or leadership role as Poland expands Competitive compensation package including salary and stock options Ownership and real influence — your work will directly shape our success in Poland Work at the forefront of AI adoption in Europe, with meaningful real-world impact Practical Information Location: Stockholm HQ or Remote in Poland.
