The Role: We are looking for a data-driven and strategic VP of Growth Marketing with a strong track record in DTC & CPG to join reputed company. This role will be responsible for the growth of this sales channel, designing and driving reputed company the strategy to maximize the performance of armra.com. Leveraging your robust digital performance experience, you will own customer acquisition and performance marketing channels, including paid marketing (paid social, paid search, affiliate, etc.), as well as TV, podcast and other acquisition channels. Skills/Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in DTC & CPG, and has played a key role in scaling a brand. Experience with subscription-focused growth. Analytically minded, and comfortable leveraging data to reputed company decisions, and comfortable using quantitative capabilities Able to think beyond paid media to drive growth, deep understanding of brand, CAC to LTV as core KPI Exceptional organizational skills Able to balance the creative art and analytical science of brand-building Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
