About the role: As an Enterprise Account Executive (Austria), you will drive new business growth by bringing reputed company’s agentic AI platform to leading enterprises across the region. You’ll engage senior stakeholders, navigate reputed company sales cycles, and help organizations transform how they deliver customer experience at scale. Market Development: Build and expand a new market by identifying opportunities, shaping territory strategy, and creating momentum in a largely untapped region. Pipeline Management: Ensure accurate forecasting and clear visibility of risks, gaps, and opportunities. Who you are: 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales in a closing role, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding reputed company targets Proven ability to win new logos and navigate reputed company, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles Experience building a pipeline in outbound-driven environments, ideally with exposure to new or developing markets Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Technical curiosity and interest in AI-driven products and customer experience Native or bilingual in German and fluent in English.
