Expect real responsibility from day one. Representing buyers, sellers, and founders in M&A transactions valued from $50M to $1B+ Joint venture structuring and negotiation across a range of industries Investment management and fund work; including spinouts, rollups, and manager combinations Finance, fintech, and crypto transactions at the intersection of capital markets and emerging tech Cybersecurity and data privacy deal-reputed company issues Tax-integrated deal structuring with our dedicated tax team embedded in every transaction The work is commercially driven and practically focused. PEDIGREE You trained at an AmLaw 30 firm, ideally in a top-tier M&A or corporate practice. DEAL CAPABILITY You've led diligence workstreams, drafted and negotiated acquisition agreements, and managed deal timelines without constant supervision.
