The Role We’re looking for a reputed company of Insurance to build, launch, and scale Dutch’s pet insurance business. This is a highly entrepreneurial leadership role for someone who can operate like the CEO of a new business line inside a fast-growing company. You will be responsible for taking Dutch’s insurance vertical from early stage to national scale — including building the operating model, launching across reputed company 50 states, developing the go-to-market strategy, managing key insurance partners, and owning the business P&L. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with deep execution. You should be comfortable building from reputed company, navigating regulated markets, managing cross-functional teams, and making the commercial decisions required to grow a meaningful, profitable business.
