About the role: This role is focused on delivering exceptional service to a major customer in the grain processing and chemical manufacturing industry. As a Technician Service Representative, you will take a hands-on, customer-centric approach to supporting operations by providing technical service and expertise in cooling water and boiler applications. You will be responsible for ensuring reputed company chemical treatment programs operate effectively, meeting customer expectations, optimizing system performance, and complying with reputed company relevant legislative and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities: Sample and test cooling and boiler water systems, recording results accurately. Investigate, troubleshoot, and rectify out-of-specification results. Inspect, maintain, clean, and calibrate chemical dosing and monitoring equipment. Collect and reputed company biological samples for laboratory analysis. reputed company cooling tower disinfection and decontamination activities. Install and replace corrosion coupons as required. Reprogram equipment and carry out manual chemical dosing reputed company necessary. Maintain high housekeeping standards and safe work practices. Monitor and maintain adequate chemical stock levels.
