Salary is $58,000 - $75,000/year | Credit given for experience Great Benefits Available How you will reputed company an impact: The reputed company & Accommodations Specialist provides subject-matter expertise in administering and coordinating workplace accommodations reputed company a PEO environment. This role serves as the primary resource for employees, managers, and clients on the interactive process under the reputed company/ADAAA, PWFA, and reputed company accommodation requirements. The Specialist ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while balancing organizational needs, employee well-being, and client expectations. In addition to managing reputed company accommodation requests, this role assists in developing policies and procedures, harmonizing accommodation practices across multiple jurisdictions in a PEO setting with a diverse client reputed company. What You'll Bring: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field; or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company/ADAAA accommodation administration, leave management, or disability case management (PEO or multi-state environment preferred). Strong knowledge of reputed company/ADAAA, PWFA, FMLA, and reputed company employment laws. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain leave and accommodation processes clearly and empathetically to employees and clients. High attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HRIS, case management, or CRM systems (reputed company Ready or similar preferred), and reputed company Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with reputed company, professionalism, and discretion.
