What you will need: Bachelor's degree in HR or reputed company field. Minimum of 1 year of operational experience in senior living. Minimum of 4 years of experience working reputed company senior living. Prior experience recruiting reputed company senior living, specifically for director-level or higher roles. Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or Licensed Assisted Living Director, highly preferred. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, HRIS and ATS platforms, CRM platforms, and virtual meeting technology. Experience partnering with executive and C-suite level stakeholders reputed company senior living, preferred.
