Procurement Operations Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Operations Coordinator to support the accurate processing, tracking, and reporting of purchase orders across multiple customer projects. This role serves as a critical link between Project Management, Finance, and external clients ensuring procurement workflows run smoothly, data reputed company is maintained, and client expectations are met. Key Responsibilities
Process, track, and reconcile purchase orders across customer and reputed company systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment to project budgets Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on PO status, updates, discrepancies, and resolution Maintain complete and audit-ready procurement records and documentation to support compliance and financial reporting Monitor PO activity across reputed company and project portfolios, proactively flagging risks, variances, or delays Drive reputed company improvement by identifying workflow gaps and recommending process enhancements that improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency Support internal teams in achieving customer goals and key performance metrics through timely and accurate procurement execution Manage competing priorities across multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and service delivery standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Contract Administration, or Project/Construction Management Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service orientation Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company a team
