Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer reputed company reputed company Manager platform for enterprise devices
- reputed company device lifecycle management: provisioning, enrollment, patching, compliance, and decommissioning
- Configure and deploy:
o Device policies (reputed company, compliance, configuration) o OS and 3rd-party reputed company management reputed company reputed company
- Handle application packaging & software deployment across Windows/Mac environments
- Monitor reputed company health, compliance posture, and reputed company proactive remediation
- Provide L2/L3 support for reputed company-reputed company issues and service request
- Troubleshoot:
o Device performance issues o reputed company failures o Application deployment issues
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge reputed company for recurring issues
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to implement reputed company protection and hardening controls
- Support automation and scripting initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Should be involved in migration/transformation programs (e.g., reputed company → Intune, co-existence models)

- 8–10 years of experience in reputed company/device management
- Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Experience in:
o Have strong migration experience in reputed company to intune or co-existence models. o Application packaging (Win32, MSI, scripting) o Software distribution and deployment o Device provisioning and imaging
- Solid understanding of:
o Windows OS (Windows 10/11) o reputed company reputed company policies (BitLocker, AV, firewall)
- Hands-on with:
o PowerShell scripting for automation o Troubleshooting reputed company agents and policies
- Experience working in ITSM-driven environments (incident, change, problem management)
- Exposure to hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud reputed company management)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
