CBAP or similar certification ideal. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated experience applying Lean tools (e.g., value reputed company mapping, Kaizen, root cause analysis) to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with reputed company levels of staff and management. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong experience with Agile frameworks and tools a plus. Proven experience with process improvement, development, documentation & diagramming. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience.
