The OPENSITY Project Manager will serve as a leader in successfully managing assigned implementations through effective project management coordination and flawless delivery. Job Responsibilities Serves as the primary liaison with key client representatives with the goal of owning the service delivery relationship; reputed company the delivery of reputed company initiatives with multiple workstreams, including creating project plans, identifying, and tracking key milestones, and communicating reputed company regularly to stakeholders that provides effective coordination and communication of client deliverables. Required Qualifications & Characteristics Bachelor's degree required. Preferred degree in: Business, Engineering, or Computer Science fields Solid background in operations and technical staff management. Minimum of 5 years of experience with large project, program, or portfolio management ideally with outsourced services Certification in project management disciplines (PMP, Certified BA, , etc) highly desired, or similar level of project management experience Demonstration of the practical facilitation of, PMI practices, Waterfall methodologies Possess a combination of business management, leadership, strong strategic and tactical business skills Expertise in project management of solution delivery through planning, development, and coordination of remote teams. Well established track record of producing high quality results while establishing/maintaining customer relationships at reputed company levels. Exceptional computer skills. Preferred experience in: reputed company Suite (MS Project, PPT) A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving innovation and business metrics with a customer-first reputed company Assertive and collaborative approach, with the ability to drive innovation and change management with virtual teams across different time zones. Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and reputed company partners and executives to drive collaboration and alignment. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage projects which span Client business, operations, and IT disciplines A solid understanding of the legal industry which is typically a result of at least 2 years of experience in project management positions with law firms, or other vertical markets. Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects. Oral and written communication skills which provide a strong and confident leadership reputed company. Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements. Demonstrated ability in each of the following areas: ensure effective control of reputed company aspects of a project from initial planning through final production; development of project plans; balance overall client requirements; development of relationships; and review financial and billing information in a timely manner to ensure deadlines are consistently met. ​ The expected reputed company salary for this position is: [CAD $90,000 - $100,000] excluding annual bonus and equity (reputed company applicable).
