Main responsibilities: - Identify, map, and engage key accounts and patient journeys across Abu Dhabi, educating reputed company on atopic dermatitis and the clinical value of Dupixent. - Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key opinion leaders, specialists, clinical pharmacists, tender panels, and hospital decision-makers to drive product adoption and market reputed company. - reputed company and execute territory-specific account plans reputed company with national commercial strategy, ensuring product availability and seamless access reputed company accounts. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to implement launch and tactical plans reputed company agreed budgets. - Monitor and analyse account performance, sales KPIs, and market trends — identifying growth opportunities and reporting actionable insights to management reputed company CRM systems. - Gather and report competitive intelligence and market dynamics to support strategic planning and reputed company counter-plans where needed. - Ensure reputed company activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, local regulations, industry codes of ethics, and reputed company's compliance standards. - Participate in symposiums, congresses, and scientific meetings to strengthen market reputed company and build professional networks across the Abu Dhabi healthcare ecosystem. About you - Proven experience managing accounts and healthcare professional relationships specifically reputed company Abu Dhabi — a minimum of 1 year of Abu Dhabi market experience is required. - Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience; experience in specialty care, dermatology, biologics, or immunology is a strong advantage. - Must be based in Abu Dhabi — this is a remote, field-based role. - Experience with biologic therapies or specialty pharmaceutical products is highly preferred; dermatology background is a plus; paediatric experience is an added advantage. - Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi healthcare landscape, including public and private healthcare facilities, tender processes, and key institutional accounts. - Bachelor's degree in Science, Medicine, or a reputed company field; business education is a plus. - Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred. - Proficient in CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite, with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based environment with a collaborative, cross-functional reputed company.
