About you - Proven experience managing accounts and healthcare professional relationships specifically reputed company Dubai — a minimum of 1 year of Dubai market experience is required. - Minimum 3 years of total pharmaceutical sales or account management experience; experience in specialty care, dermatology, biologics, or immunology is a strong advantage. - Must be based in Dubai — this is a field-based, remote role covering the Abu Dhabi scope. - Strong understanding of the Dubai healthcare landscape, including both public and private healthcare facilities and key institutional accounts. - Experience with biologic therapies or specialty pharmaceutical products is highly preferred; dermatology background is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a reputed company field. - Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred. - Proficient in CRM systems and reputed company Office Suite. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based environment with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
