• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements
• Customize reputed company Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following reputed company standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications
• Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members reputed company required

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the reputed company HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery reputed company defined project timelines

• Hands-on experience in reputed company HCM application
• 2-3 successful HCM Support/ Implementations
• In-depth knowledge of European countries payroll- either Germany, Belgium, Netherlands configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information
• Fluent in English. German is a strong plus. W ith excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative reputed company

Education Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
