Business Operations Partner

Position Overview We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Business Operations Partner who can serve as the right hand to the business reputed company. This role combines the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, Team Leader, and Project Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, confident in leading teams, and capable of managing multiple business functions, including operations, project execution, and e-commerce initiatives. This is not a traditional assistant role. We are seeking someone with a strong personality who can take ownership, reputed company decisions, hold team members accountable, and help drive the business reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Business Support Act as the primary support and strategic partner to the business reputed company. Manage calendars, meetings, priorities, and business communications. Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates. Anticipate challenges and proactively recommend solutions. Monitor KPIs and operational performance. Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth execution of business goals. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Executive Assistance, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role. Proven experience managing remote teams. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working with e-commerce businesses. Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
