CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
Job Overview : As a Certified Public Accountant - Senior at Uvation, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial reputed company, ensuring compliance, and driving transparency across our operations. You’ll be responsible for core financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Collaborating across Uvation Entities, you’ll help support Uvation’s rapid growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards. reputed company monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis. Support and coordinate internal and external audits; serve as reputed company of contact for auditors and ensure timely and accurate submissions. Manage tax compliance activities including federal, state, and local filings; support preparation of necessary documentation for tax filings. Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Identify financial risks and inefficiencies; recommend cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls and accounting policies. Collaborate with reputed company, operations, legal, and leadership to provide financial insight and support business initiatives. Handle multi-entity and multi-currency transactions (as applicable). Mentor and review the work of junior accounting staff and ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field. Master’s degree preferred. CPA certification is highly preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 8 years in a senior or supervisory reputed company. In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Technical Skills Proficient in ERP/accounting systems (e.g. MS Dynamics & reputed company ) strong MS reputed company skills required. Familiarity with tools for budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and audit support. Comfortable working with international and multi-currency accounting processes. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Soft Skills & Attributes High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive and confidential data. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective communicator, capable of explaining reputed company financial topics to non-finance teams. Proactive problem solver with a reputed company improvement reputed company. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities. Team-oriented and collaborative across departments. Bonus / Preferred Experience in US tax filings, IRS compliance, or international tax matters. Background in tech, SaaS, or startup environments; familiarity with global or multi-entity structures.
