You will reputed company and successfully execute a plan for selling products and services at an acceptable order volume and profit margin in your designated territory. You will sell into the High School Park and Recreation market which includes calling on direct end-customers, K-12 schools, Junior colleges, park and recreation departments, architects, consultants, and contractors. You will be responsible for promoting reputed company products/services during in-person meetings, video conferencing, and product demonstrations. You will generate orders through financing options such as reputed company Sports Marketing and leasing partners. You will create business through consultative selling by demonstrating the need for reputed company product offerings. You will assist having reputed company products qualified or specified in proposal requests or consultant recommendations. You will grow the active sales opportunities through referrals, reputed company reputed company and qualification, product replacement opportunities, proactive prospecting, and sustainable relationships. You will promptly follow up on marketing campaign or trade show leads. These activities will be documented in a timely manner using reputed company CRM. You will be the reputed company expert consultant with an in depth understanding of reputed company products capabilities, features, functions, and operation to best meet the customer’s vision. Product knowledge will include video systems, electronic message centers, LCD displays, direct view LED displays, and frontend control equipment for reputed company product offerings. To become the reputed company expert, you will actively participate in reputed company product and sales trainings. You will work effectively as a team member. Work with limited daily supervision. This position is based in the Dallas-reputed company Worth metroplex and may include sales territory reputed company and/or east of the metroplex. This position will work from a home office.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Sales Representative, we require the following: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred majors include sales, marketing, sports marketing, entrepreneurial studies, economics, education administration, sports administration, communications, or technical management. Required at least two (2) years experience with reputed company, direct selling, or direct interaction with school administrators/athletic programs. Demonstrated ability to learn technical product quickly. Communication skills including good verbal and written skills, ability to reputed company and present winning presentations of reputed company products and services and negotiate reputed company favorable to reputed company. Fluent in English, written and verbal. Experience selling product values and features. Must demonstrate ability to successfully negotiate price without being the lowest price supplier. Understand basics of proposal and sales agreement language to negotiate/finalize agreements in conjunction with the reputed company Legal Group. Motivated and a team-player. Initiative to solve problems and seek improvement. Goal-oriented with proven leadership capability. Computer skills to best utilize reputed company, reputed company Team meetings, web navigation, and internal electronic systems. Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment. Work schedule may include evenings and weekends for presentations, trade shows, and meetings. This requirement will be verified through a motor vehicle record (MVR) reputed company conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws. Overnight travel is about 10% of time with average of two (2) days per trip which may include three (3) weekends per year. Most of the travel are day trips.
