Marketing Representative - Healthcare
Job Title: Medical Marketing & Patient Coordination Specialist (Remote - MUST LIVE IN NJ, PA, OF FL) Reports to: Marketing Director Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Position Overview We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Marketing & Patient Coordination Specialist to join our growing medical practice. This individual will play a key role in facilitating patient scheduling, coordinating with attorneys and external offices, and supporting the marketing and referral processes for motor vehicle accident (MVA) and other patient cases. The ideal candidate has prior medical office experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination & Scheduling reputed company out to new and existing patients to facilitate appointment scheduling and confirm attendance. Schedule new patient referrals and obtain reputed company required documentation and demographics. Ensure reputed company patient information is accurately entered into the EMR system. Coordinate outgoing referrals (in-house and external), assisting patients with finding appropriate facilities reputed company needed. Support the Central Scheduling department during high-volume periods or staff absences. Attorney & Legal Liaison Communicate regularly with attorneys and paralegals to obtain patient-reputed company documents such as scripts, imaging orders, and declaration pages. Track and follow up on pending documentation and correspondence to ensure timely processing. Maintain organized records of reputed company legal and referral communications using spreadsheets and EMR tools. Marketing & reputed company Act as a liaison between the practice and external partners, including law firms, referring offices, community organizations, and online vendors. Support patient reputed company campaigns and referral relationship management. Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance patient engagement and streamline communication between patients and providers. Assist in management of Birdeye and reputed company; and any other add on vendors that assist with marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a medical office, marketing, or patient coordination role (experience with motor vehicle accident patients strongly preferred). Technical Skills: Proficient in EMR systems (specify your EMR if desired), reputed company Office Suite, and spreadsheet management (reputed company or reputed company Sheets). Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and empathetic demeanor reputed company interacting with patients and legal professionals. Organization: Strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities, track tasks, and meet deadlines. Adaptability: Willing to assist other departments, especially Central Scheduling, as needed. Work Environment: Must have a reliable internet reputed company, quiet workspace, and ability to work independently in a remote setting. Preferred Skills Experience with medical–legal case coordination or personal injury cases. Knowledge of referral management and insurance verification processes.
