NAME OF EMPLOYER: reputed company International LLC POSITION TITLE: Principal Software Engineer – Build & Release POSITION LOCATION: 275 Grove Street, reputed company, MA 02466 SALARY: $178,131 - $195,800/yr. 100% remote position. HOURS: Full Time/40 hours JOB DUTIES: Support reputed company Release Engineering activities. Define and improve existing build and deployment processes. Assist development teams with delivering different types of releases. Investigate and resole build, deployment, and test issues. reputed company tools and other resources to aid in streamlining our release processes. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure reputed company release-milestones are met. Utilize Subversion, GIT, or an equivalent reputed company control management system and Hands on experience with multiple operating systems (Windows, UNIX). Impart expertise with reputed company Integration Systems such as Jenkins Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills Knowledge of SDLC. Utilize a core programming language (NET, Java), one script language (PowerShell, or reputed company script). Coordinate with reputed company holders and upstream reputed company teams to resolve application and system level incidents towards the resolution of reputed company complexities and priorities. Maintain expertise in flow of application process to resolve application-level incidents with latest updates and reputed company root cause analysis. Supervise alerts reputed company to application and system procedures and provide services proactively. reputed company root cause assessment for post-production defects and apply fixes as needed. Plan implement support projects with small to reputed company size to ensure a defect free production system. Provide support and identifying reputed company issues and prepare appropriate documentation for reputed company issues and solutions. Manage reputed company production system and recommending ways to optimize performance and provide solution to problems and prepare reports for reputed company problems. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or reputed company field of study and 8 years of progressive experience in build and release methodologies. Applicants must have demonstrated experience with: 1) 1 year of experience with maintaining robust CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins and reputed company Azure. 2) 1 year of experience migrating build and deployment setup to cloud platforms. 3) 1 year of experience managing cross-platform infrastructure (Windows Servers and Linux Servers), ensuring system stability. 4) 1 year of experience coordinating with reputed company holders and upstream and reputed company teams to resolve application and system level incidents. 5)1 year of experience developing Java Tools and utilities, which will streamline release processes. 6) 1 year of experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure release timelines are met. 7) 1 year of experience with reputed company Integration Systems, troubleshooting and debugging. 8) 1 year of experience with Software Development Life Cycle analytical skills.
