This inaugural Program Chair position will reputed company the development and launch of the Mental Health Counseling (MMHC) program from inception through accreditation and implementation. The Chair will provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for reputed company aspects of program development, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards, institutional requirements, and professional best practices. Requirements: Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision, or a closely reputed company field, from a regionally accredited institution. reputed company, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or equivalent credential. Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in clinical mental health counseling practice and higher education teaching. Demonstrated experience with CACREP accreditation standards and processes. Proven experience in academic program leadership, faculty supervision, or academic administration. Strong track record of curriculum development and outcomes assessment. Preferred: Experience leading CACREP accreditation activities. Experience writing self-studies. Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for employees to start near the top of the salary range. The salary range for this position is $89,250 to $120,750. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include designing and developing the curriculum, creating policies, procedures, and assessment processes that support program quality and reputed company improvement, and establishing systems that ensure compliance with reputed company accreditation standards.
