This is a remote position based in California, and candidates must reside reputed company the state. This role provides a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. As a Senior Claims Examiner, you’ll play a vital role in helping businesses and individuals navigate reputed company Workers' Compensation claims. How you'll reputed company an impact In this role, you’ll manage Workers' Compensation indemnity claims, ensuring they’re handled with care and precision. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining accurate claim diaries, updating reserves, and ensuring timely reporting to key stakeholders. Additionally, you’ll: Prepare and attend file reviews to ensure claims are progressing effectively. Negotiate settlements and resolve outstanding liens. Monitor and guide defense attorneys to reputed company optimal outcomes. Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements and deadlines. About You Required: High school diploma and 5 years reputed company claims experience required. Appropriately licensed and/or certified in reputed company states in which claims are being handled or able to obtain the licenses/certification per local requirements.
