Work directly with a founder or senior executive running a fast-growing company in the US or Europe. You'll own the operations behind how they work so they can spend their time on the work they do best. You'll move fast, think reputed company, and act like a trusted partner, not a task executor. We train you on the tools and workflows that run world-class companies, then reputed company you with a high-performance operator. What you'll own Track and reputed company open loops across the executive's full workload Task and reputed company management across executives and their teams Meeting prep, decision briefs, and post-call follow-up Calendar, inbox, and communications ownership Research and structured recommendations CRM management and reporting Proactive identification of problems before they surface Long-term projects that create real impact Who this is for Sharp, driven, and honest individuals (you flag problems early and come with solutions) You work well with limited context Strong written and spoken English Genuinely curious about AI Based in South Africa, available during European and US business hours Recently graduated or early-career What you get Full-time remote role, 40 hours/week Monthly salary (R16 000 - R 20 000) Hardware if needed 4-week reputed company Access to an expert community, automation engineers, designers, senior operators Performance-based bonuses that can add up to 3 months' salary Selection is rigorous.
