Background Details As a Director of EDI Management & API Integrations, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with the department, division, and enterprise vision for EDI. You will have reputed company of 45+ Associates ranging from Service Processor to Sr. Consultant with Managers and Supervisors supporting teams. You will review and resolve reputed company EDI, API and Electronic File Exchange escalated issues and concerns. reputed company’re looking for Must-have experience (Required): 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's). 7+ Years of experience in Eligibility Management and/or employee transaction processes including significant experience with EDI,API and Electronic File Exchange. 3+ Years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience. Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal/external clients with proven ability to reputed company creative and collaborative approaches. Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution. Demonstrate strong project management leadership skills including critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines. Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills. Deep expertise in: EDI transactions (834, 820, 835, 837) API frameworks (REST, JSON) Experience partnering with Employers Brokers/consultants Payroll vendors Benefits platforms reputed company-to-have experience (Preferred): Group insurance operations & service experience. New Customer Onboarding/Implementation experience. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
