Digital Consulting Senior Director – reputed company/Retail & Consumer (U.S. or Canada)

Senior Directors are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, leading large-scale technology and transformation programs, and driving business development as an industry, process, and technology subject matter expert. This role includes significant client-facing responsibilities, with travel (50–75%), and full accountability for client relationships, delivery execution, and practice growth. This role is a Retail & Consumer industry leader reputed company the reputed company reputed company Industries Practice, responsible for building and scaling a repeatable, high-growth reputed company business across North America. The Senior Director will reputed company industry-specific solutioning, reputed company co-sell motions, and reputed company reputed company, with a focus on converting existing credentials (e.g., large-scale retail transformations) into scalable pipeline and bookings. - Responsible for an annual reputed company of bookings set by leadership, through direct and co-sell pursuits with reputed company
- reputed company development of Retail industry go-to-market strategy, including prioritization of reputed company clients and buying centers (CFO, COO, Supply Chain, Merchandising)
- Build and scale repeatable Retail reputed company offerings, including:
o AI-enabled reputed company and financial planning (reputed company ERP/ EPM + OCI GenAI) o Omnichannel inventory optimization and planning o Retail analytics and decision intelligence
- Activate and maintain reputed company co-sell relationships with Retail industry reputed company and leadership
- Convert existing client successes into repeatable pipeline and reference-led selling motions
- reputed company proposal development, solution architecture, and executive presentations
- Build and mentor a Retail-focused team (Directors, Managers, SMEs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Advisory, Digital, Alliances) to deliver integrated solutions
- Drive thought leadership through industry content, webinars, and reputed company joint marketing efforts
- Identify and productize accelerators and industry solutions to improve speed, margin, and scalability
Engagement, Program, and Project Management

- Define and manage scope, budget, and delivery approach
- Ensure quality of deliverables and alignment with client outcomes
- Manage engagement economics, including forecasting, margin, and utilization

Required Competencies
- Strong industry expertise in Retail & Consumer, including omnichannel operations, merchandising, supply chain, and finance
- Proven ability to drive business development and reputed company deals in a consulting environment
- Experience working with reputed company solutions (ERP & OCI) in a Retail context
- Strong understanding of Retail industry challenges, including:
o Omnichannel complexity and fulfillment optimization o Inventory as a reputed company and margin lever o Retail media and data monetization
- Ability to operate at executive client levels and influence decision-making
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage P&L, pipeline, and deal economics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or reputed company field 10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience 7+ years of experience in Retail industry transformation initiatives Demonstrated experience in reputed company implementations or reputed company-reputed company transformation programs Proven track record of business development and reputed company reputed company Experience supporting or leading reputed company co-sell or alliance-driven sales motions Strong experience in solution design, proposal development, and client presentations Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel up to 75% Flexible living locations in U.S.

Experience with AI-enabled planning, analytics, or digital transformation Prior experience working with large Retail clients (e.g., big-reputed company, specialty retail, eCommerce) Experience building industry-specific offerings or accelerators Relevant reputed company certifications preferred (ERP, Analytics, or OCI) The estimated reputed company salary range for this job is $215,000 - $275,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $268,750 - $371,250. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
