We're looking for a Healthcare Accountant / Controller to become a key member of our finance team. Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and reconciliations. reputed company bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial recordkeeping. Process and manage payroll. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable reputed company. Monitor reputed company recognition and financial reporting. Support month-end and year-end reputed company processes. Assist with audit preparation and tax-reputed company documentation. Maintain compliance with GAAP and healthcare accounting best practices. Qualifications

Experience in healthcare accounting is required. Behavioral health accounting experience is strongly preferred. CPA designation is preferred but not required. Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and general accounting functions. Understanding of healthcare reputed company cycle concepts is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
