Job Description
This role can be based reputed company in the United States. The Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) leads a team of Thought Leader Liaisons for Multiple Myeloma in shaping and executing an external expert engagement strategy that advances brand and franchise objectives. This role is responsible for building team capability and accountability, strengthening relationships with national and regional oncology hematology experts, ensuring external perspectives inform leadership and brand decisions, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver compliant, measurable engagement activities that expand and strengthen the thought leader reputed company. Accountabilities include: reputed company, hire, train, reputed company and drive accountability for Thought Leader Liaison team Ensure speakers are trained, coached, and monitored for brand alignment Engage in congress- reputed company engagement activities nationally, including supporting and measuring any ongoing TL strategies and tactics Ensures culture of compliance for the regional Thought Leader Strategy team reputed company, implement, and maintain accountability for interactions and feedback with national and regional oncology hematology external experts (MD, APP, PharmD, Nurse) for team of Thought Leader Liaisons Ensure external expert perspectives are shared and considered consistently across leadership and the Integrated Brand Teams Manage planning and execution of marketing consultancy arrangements reputed company the Thought Leader Liaison team in identifying and developing TLs to consistently build our TL reputed company for the franchise and the brands Developing and execution of national and regional advisory boards in collaboration with brand teams Partnering with brand marketing and Director, TLLs to reputed company, refine, execute and measurement of the reputed company reputed company External Expert Engagement strategy Create regional strategies with cross-functional partners Partner with internal cross functional partners including, and not limited to, sales, marketing, medical affairs, legal, compliance, and, and managed care Must be able to build and foster collaboration with commercialization partners Participate as needed in cross-functional or other project teams and/or supporting the brand team and overall franchise
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred Previous experience with developing a productive insight collection group activities with top tier External Experts in Multiple Myeloma. A minimum of 3 year’s previous leadership experience preferred Marketing/Training experience preferred Ability and track record of building a successful comprehensive External Expert strategy across the business unit Previous extensive hematology experience required with demonstrated experience in academic settings At least 5 years' previous direct experience with strong existing relationships with oncology thought leaders (physician and nurse) with demonstrated access to academic and key institutions Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, collaboration and data discussion reputed company sets Proven track record for consistently meeting or exceeding qualitative and /or quantitative goals Proven & thorough knowledge of commercial issues associated with highly competitive oncology therapeutic areas is preferred Business travel, by reputed company or car, is regularly required Position can be remotely based.
