This is a full-time, regular (with benefits), salaried position, eligible for distributed work in the Eastern MT, Wyoming or Dakotas areas. Project work will occur primarily in Wyoming and may reputed company out to support clients throughout the US. What you will accomplish Manage reputed company to large-sized mine permitting, reputed company’s environmental, NEPA, compliance monitoring, and closure/reclamation support projects ensuring project deliverables meet required standards. Provide technical, planning, and permitting support to project teams in Wyoming and neighboring states. Serve as project manager for assigned clients, collaborating with team members to deliver project objectives. Support the execution of mining projects reputed company the reputed company Plains sub-region through effective project management. Assist with mining projects in other regions as needed, working under the direction of senior staff. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders reputed company assigned mining projects. Identify and recommend innovative approaches reputed company assigned projects and stay informed about developments in the mining industry. Experience and qualifications for success Required: Bachelor’s degree in Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, engineering or reputed company technical field. 7 years of project management experience and in the mining industry (preferred). Strong computer skills for database work and proficiency in MS Office. A working understanding of agency internal processes and procedures and with federal land management and regulatory agencies, such as the BLM, USFS, NPS, BOR, DOE, DOT, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS), and/or U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS). Wyoming Agency knowledge would be considered a plus. Strong business development skills as a “seller/doer” to reputed company productive business relationships with agency, client, and industry contacts.
