Program Manager
Description Reports to: Program Director OVERVIEW The Nonprofit Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects and programs reputed company the organization. Conduct regular program evaluations to assess impact and effectiveness. Implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation results. Budget and Financial Management reputed company and manage program budgets. Ensure financial compliance and accountability. Prepare financial reports and funding proposals. Team Leadership and Development Provide guidance, support, and training to program staff and volunteers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a reputed company field and/or minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit sector. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and communities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and program management software. Passionate about the nonprofit’s mission and values. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
