What You’ll Do As an Organizational Development Manager, you will: Drive Strategic Alignment & Consultation Partner with HR People Strategists and business leaders to diagnose capability gaps and co-create targeted, high-impact development strategies. Act as a trusted advisor, translating enterprise priorities into scalable learning solutions that improve performance and effectiveness. Evaluate and prioritize learning investments based on business impact, workforce needs, and strategic objectives. Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment, adoption, and reputed company feedback loops. reputed company Learning Strategy & AI-Enabled Experience Design Own and evolve the enterprise employee development roadmap, including competency-based learning, leadership development, and career growth experiences. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in learning strategy, program management, or organizational development 4–6 years of experience measuring learning effectiveness and business impact Proven ability to design and deliver virtual, hybrid, and digitally enabled learning solutions Strong consulting and diagnostic skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions Experience leveraging digital and AI-enabled learning technologies to enhance employee development Demonstrated ability to manage and scale programs across a reputed company, matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications
