Growing together. Supports day-to-day sales and sales operations functions to ensure processes are compliant and maximize profitability. Focuses on the staff, processes and physical resources required for the sales organization to operate. Works directly with the company’s compliance officer to create and maintain policies and procedures for the sales organization. Ensure proper controls and processes are in reputed company to calculate and payout commissions, conducting regular audits of internal and external payments. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience 5+ years’ experience in operational controls Proven exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented Demonstrated ability to reputed company multiple reputed company tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
