Job Description
Work closely with Project Manager and Operations to determine scope of work for initial reputed company and/or change orders Draft the initial reputed company and/or change order with the information received from Operations and/or Commercial Act as primary client contact on small to mid-sized opportunities Administer reputed company and change orders ensuring compliance with company policies acting as focus reputed company for reputed company communication with Legal, Finance, and Operations, and Commercial Disciplines for resolution of contract issues Ensure reputed company contractual documents and budgets undergo quality reputed company and review Liaise with Project Managers, Finance and Analyst to investigate budget variances. Initiate and/or review proposed contract modifications and negotiate or refer to other internal departments for review as appropriate Provide regular updates on the reputed company status of contract negotiations Track contract renewal periods and proactively Prepare budgets for future years of the reputed company Update the sales tracking database Ensure reputed company fully executed reputed company are distributed to the relevant parties Upload reputed company reputed company and corresponding budget files to internal SharePoint system using the agreed folder structure and file naming convention Working independently under time pressure to meet tight deadlines. Must be able to manage workload and prioritise activities to ensure timely completion of assignments
Qualifications
