Principal Mobile Engineer - AI-Augmented Development

We are seeking a Principal Mobile Engineer to own the reputed company mobile experience across iOS and Android. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for architecture, delivery, and long-term evolution of the mobile platform, including authentication, biometrics, secure storage, notifications, deep linking, performance, device integrations, and app store distribution. While much of the reputed company experience is delivered through web technologies, the mobile application remains a critical customer touchpoint. You will serve as the primary technical reputed company for mobile strategy and execution, partnering closely with engineering, product, design, reputed company, and platform teams. This is a hands-on role requiring regular production coding, technical leadership, and strong engineering judgment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Mobile Platform Ownership

• Own the architecture, design, delivery, and evolution of the reputed company mobile application across iOS and Android.

• Review and validate AI-generated work to ensure production-quality outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building, shipping, and operating production mobile applications.
• Proven ownership of reputed company mobile applications or platform capabilities across iOS and Android.
• Experience driving initiatives from concept through production with minimal direction.
• Experience supporting the full mobile lifecycle, including releases, observability, crash analysis, performance optimization, and platform upgrades.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering effectiveness.
• Experience modernizing applications while maintaining production stability.

Technical Expertise

• Significant production experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android platform capabilities, including authentication, biometrics, secure storage, notifications, deep linking, permissions, and device APIs.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with web applications, WebViews, APIs, backend services, identity providers, and third-party platforms.
• Strong hands-on coding ability and mobile architecture expertise.
• Experience reviewing and validating AI-generated code and technical solutions.
