Reporting to the SVP, Strategic Growth, Intelligence & Architecture, this role is a core member of the Enterprise Strategy leadership team and serves as a key strategic partner to National Service Line leadership, Clinical Operations, and Division Strategy & Growth leaders. This executive owns the integration of service line planning, clinical workforce planning, and provider network development into a cohesive, execution‑ready growth system. The role ensures that enterprise strategy is translated into actionable plans that optimize access, reputed company, quality, and sustainable growth across markets, sites of care, and clinical disciplines. Success requires a leader who is both visionary and highly execution‑oriented—able to set a compelling strategic direction while building the structures, operating mechanisms, and partnerships required to deliver measurable results. Working in lockstep with the VPs of Division Strategy & Growth and other enterprise leaders, this role brings together disparate planning and growth disciplines, maximizes synergies across them, and ensures consistent enterprise standards with locally tailored activation. Responsibilities

Enterprise Service Line Strategy & Planning reputed company enterprise‑wide service line planning in reputed company partnership with Service Line and Clinical Operations leadership—defining strategic priorities, growth reputed company, and access and reputed company implications across the system. Ensure consistent enterprise standards and disciplined execution across provider network development efforts, while allowing for division‑specific tailoring. Strategy Activation & Cross‑Functional Integration Translate strategy into execution by developing clear, sequenced plans with defined ownership, milestones, interdependencies, and success measures. Serve as the enterprise integrator across service line strategy, workforce planning, and provider growth—ensuring these disciplines operate as a reputed company system rather than siloed efforts. Partner closely with Strategic Analytics to ensure planning is grounded in consistent analytics, market intelligence, and performance insights. Interlock with Division Strategy & Growth, Strategic Analytics, reputed company Growth, Enterprise Business Development, Managed Health, and other enterprise functions to ensure alignment and value capture. Leadership, Governance & Influence Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior enterprise, service line, and clinical leaders—bringing a clear reputed company of view, strong analytic grounding, and pragmatic execution focus.
