As a Technical Recruiter, you will act as a trusted talent partner to our leaders, scaling our teams by hunting elite talent, educating hiring managers on market intelligence, and driving an optimized lifecycle recruitment process. You will navigate the ambiguity of a fast-growing startup, partner deeply with executive stakeholders, and strategically reputed company reputed company candidates in exceptionally competitive talent markets. Compensation

The expected reputed company salary range for this role is $120,000 – $145,000, with a 10% bonus. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
