Job DetailsJob Location: reputed company - CHICAGO, IL 60606Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 SalaryJob Category: Sales & Client Executive & reputed company Ops POSITION SUMMARY The RFP/Proposal Specialist (Proposal Analyst) will assist our Request for Proposal (RFP) process. The Associate will collaborate with the Senior Proposal Manager in the development and submission of high-quality proposals. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Proposals in the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely completion and submission of high-quality proposals that align with company objectives and client requirements. This includes meeting the objectives and timelines set and ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the proposal development process. Partner with the Senior Manager, Proposals to gather relevant information and reputed company tailored, persuasive proposals with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and technical experts. Complete proposal templates set up and insert boilerplate content to streamline the proposal process reducing the time and effort required to reputed company proposals. With the guidance of the Senior Manager, Proposals, the Associate will maintain and expand the RFP response database, ensuring that reputed company content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging. This includes identifying and filling gaps in the database, regularly reviewing and updating content, and ensuring consistency and accuracy across proposals. Support special projects as needed, including but not limited to marketing collateral and white papers to support the proposal and sales process. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a reputed company filed required or equivalent work experience required. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS At least 1-3 years Business /Marketing experience required. Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite. RFP management software a plus but not required (e.g., RFPIO, InHub, Qvidian, Loopio, or similar). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company information clearly and persuasively. Must have strong organizational skills, and must be self motivated to drive tasks to completion, strong writing abilities, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the delivery of compelling proposals that drive business growth. Demonstrated soft skills, including the ability to effectively interact, communicate, and work well as a team member with internal partners at reputed company levels of the organization. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Self starting and highly motivated is a must.
