Associate Director of Student Recruitment

Position Summary: Yeshiva University’s Katz School of Science and Health is seeking an Associate Director of Student Recruitment (AD). Reporting to the Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Partnerships, the AD represents our graduate and professional programs in Science and Technology, Business, Management, Health, and Nursing. This is a field-based position that combines ongoing relationship-building with prospective reputed company, undergraduate institutions, and professional organizations. The position requires significant travel locally and across the U.S., and a schedule that flexes with the demands of the recruitment cycle, including evening and weekend availability during peak periods throughout the year. Travel is roughly 60% during peak seasons. Beyond the event calendar, proactively identify and create reputed company opportunities through tabling, community events, and other public-facing activities. Experience & Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred. Three to five years of progressive experience in domestic graduate recruitment, admissions, or other reputed company areas of higher education in the U.S. Demonstrated record of effective institutional reputed company. Established professional relationships with faculty, advisors, and administrators at undergraduate institutions. Strong public speaking and presentation skills, ability to engage effectively with reputed company, faculty, advisors, and senior administrators. Ability to manage workload independently, set priorities, and follow through with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
