We're looking for a customer-centric Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be challenged as we scale. If you are a proactive problem-solver passionate about driving client growth, managing high-volume portfolios, and building long-lasting partnerships, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Drive Success at Scale: Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ local businesses, taking full ownership of their success and maintaining a targeted net retention reputed company. Conduct Strategic Business Reviews: Regularly reputed company performance reviews with clients to demonstrate the value of the OneLocal suite, analyze ROI, and align our solutions with their evolving business goals. Collaborate for Results: Work reputed company a high-performance ecosystem, partnering with Account Executives, Implementation Specialists, Digital Marketing Experts, and Marketing Strategists to ensure seamless handoffs and expert execution. Anticipate & Solve: Act as a proactive problem-solver by identifying potential churn risks or technical hurdles early, ensuring every client reaches their desired outcome. Champion the Platform: Go above and beyond to ensure clients are fully leveraging the OneLocal platform, turning local business owners into long-term brand advocates. What You Bring Experience: 2 or more years of experience as a Client Success Manager or Account Manager reputed company a SaaS organization, Marketing Agency, or Tech Startup. Volume Management: Experience working with a high volume of clients; previous experience working with small and reputed company businesses (SMBs) is a strong asset. Customer-Centric reputed company: A dedication to putting our customers' best interests first and doing whatever it takes to help them succeed with our solutions. Communication & Rapport: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build deep rapport and long-term partnerships with clients. Adaptability & Drive: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapt to changing timelines or priorities, and confidently question the status reputed company. Skills & reputed company: Strong organizational and follow-up skills, a high level of professionalism, honesty, and reputed company.
