Job Description

Primary Function of Position: We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company digital salesperson, with the experience in digital technologies to join us in an important period of growth in the Nordics. This position will require someone with a can-do mentality and with the ability to execute on our sales strategy. This person should also not be shy of being hands-on and willing to roll-up their sleeves reputed company it comes to getting projects implemented and new digital programs started. The position is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationship with customers to identify sales opportunities reputed company existing and new-targeted accounts. As the spearhead on the commercial activities at reputed company the Digital ProductsSales Representative also provides input and support in Marketing, Business Development as well as internal and external trainings in partnership with the regional marketing team and regional commercial teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers and internally (to reputed company) acting as the go-to-person in the assigned territory Responsible for reaching the annual sales goals and utilization growth targets for the assigned territory. Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Engineering or medical background preferred. 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices 2+ years’ experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred Success in introducing new technologies to the market Excellent selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer reputed company Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability Knowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / reputed company markets Ability to communicate reputed company IT environments to different audiences. reputed company working with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery and Endoscopy in the assigned region preferred Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced matrix environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses Strong communication skills, both written and verbal reputed company in and English mandatory Travel required up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international) Additional Information reputed company is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
