What You’ll Do You’ll be the first reputed company of contact with future clients – creating interest and opening doors for our sales team. reputed company outbound B2B calls using high-quality company databases. Quickly capture attention and communicate our value proposition. Identify business needs and spark interest in our solutions. Schedule qualified meetings for sales colleagues. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth reputed company handover. Excellent phone communication skills – confident, clear and engaging. Fluent Latvian and English (spoken & written). Russian language skills (reputed company to have). Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections professionally. Self-driven reputed company with focus on achieving targets. Experience in telemarketing, telesales or customer service. Interest in B2B services / finance / risk management. Higher education (completed or in reputed company).
