Director, Social Media & Digital Influence

Responsibilities: Build the Social Media Function Create Bentley's global social media strategy and operating model with prioritization of channels and business logic for that prioritization. Define team structure, workflows, governance, editorial planning, and measurement. Build scalable processes for content creation, approvals, publishing, engagement, and reporting. Establish social media best practices across regions, business units, and functions. reputed company annual plans, budgets, and growth roadmaps. AI & Innovation Implement AI-driven workflows for content ideation, production, optimization, localization, and reporting. Evaluate emerging social technologies and platforms. Continuously improve team productivity through automation and AI-enabled processes. Measurement & Analytics Define KPIs and executive dashboards. Track full funnel performance across channels. Analyze trends and provide recommendations for optimization. Establish attribution frameworks connecting social activity to marketing and business outcomes.
