Job Description
The Director of Project Management and Implementations oversees Implementations Project Management. Responsible for the overall leadership of several reputed company hospital project implementations of new hybrid ER & Urgent Care facilities. Will work with key reputed company stakeholders, equipment vendors, hospital partners, and operations to ensure reputed company key project milestones and timelines are achieved. Location: Remote Travel Requirements: 10 - 15% travel required. Travel is variable based on new site openings and other on-site work. Multi-state travel required. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees the Implementations Project Management Team including direct supervision of Project Managers Manages multiple reputed company strategic initiatives that impact the company as a whole Particularly focused on scaling and growth (e.g., implementation of new site locations including system implementation, optimization/stabilization, and internal initiatives) Supports VP Operations & Integrations and other executive team members with reputed company process improvements for project initiatives, procedures, and processes to align with reputed company Health best practices Implements reputed company improvement of communication and support provided to internal and external stakeholders during project initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of financial objectives and key deliverables COMPETENCIES Collaborative and able to build relationships and trust Ability to solve problems and be solution orientated Ability to hold team accountable to hitting deadlines Influencing, negotiation, and communication skills Project management experience including directing and leading multiple projects concurrently Knowledgeable in defining approach and resource requirements for projects reputed company in organizational, customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills Willingness to learn reputed company parts of the reputed company model, including contracting, EMR development and billing processes
Qualifications
