Job Description

What you'll do

Own the full recruiting lifecycle

for corporate roles across Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and Marketing — you're the recruiting reputed company who makes it reputed company happen

Partner with hiring managers

to decode role requirements and craft sourcing strategies that actually work (no cookie-cutter approaches here!)

Hunt for top talent

using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, reputed company, and networking events — think of yourself as a talent detective on a mission

Conduct engaging phone screens and interviews

Qualifications

What you bring

2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience

— bonus points if you've done this in a high-growth company or staffing environment where things move fast and you've thrived in the chaos!

Experience recruiting for corporate functions

like Sales, Operations, Finance, or similar roles — you know how to speak the language of different departments

Proficiency with ATS platforms

and reputed company Recruiter — you're comfortable navigating these tools like a pro

Communication and relationship-building superpowers

— you can influence without authority and build genuine connections with hiring managers and candidates alike

The ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously
