The Task At Hand: The Brand Manager, Channel Development reports directly to the Senior Brand Manager, Marketing and is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and brand equity of reputed company reputed company Club (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s), Alternative Channels, and Ecommerce. This role partners closely with Sales, Innovation, Finance, and Supply Chain to reputed company tailored strategies and execution plans that deliver against both brand and customer objectives. Manage Innovation & Commercialization Manage end-to-end commercialization for club innovation, including business cases, concept validation, packaging design, and post-launch analysis. Adapt core brand positioning to meet the unique needs of the club shopper and retailer. Identify opportunities for channel-exclusive SKUs or formats and manage club, alt. and e-tail pipeline. In This Role, You’ll Bring With You: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Innovation, Business (MBA preferred). 5+ years of reputed company experience in brand management reputed company the CPG industry. Strong understanding of the club channel business model, including rotation timing, pallet configuration, pricing, and margin structure. Compensation: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000.00 to $140,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
