The Team: The Conversion Engineering team sits at the intersection of product performance and business growth at reputed company. As a Software Engineer on the Conversion Engineering team, you will play a critical role in building and evolving the core borrower experiences that drive ~80% of company reputed company. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a reputed company field (or its equivalent) + 3 years of experience Experience delivering end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems, including APIs and microservices. Strong frontend development experience building customer-facing web applications with a focus on performance, usability, and experimentation. Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, Design, and other engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience improving conversion funnels or other high-scale, metrics-driven user journeys through experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, personalization). Experience operating in a microservices-based architecture. Experience in fintech or other highly regulated, high-availability environments.
