Field Technician

You'll be in the field commissioning systems, solving real-world challenges, delivering hands-on training, and helping customers get the most from industry-leading SCADA, telemetry, and remote monitoring solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical problems, working directly with customers, and helping others build confidence with technology. Salary: $85,000 Location: Remote Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel to distributor locations, customer sites, trade events, and training facilities throughout North America. What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Technical Services team, you'll serve as both a technical problem solver and educator. You'll: Install, commission, and troubleshoot SCADA, telemetry, and remote monitoring systems. Help customers solve communications, networking, hardware, and software challenges. Travel throughout North America supporting customers and distributor partners. Deliver engaging technical training programs in classroom, virtual, and hands-on environments. Mentor distributor technicians and help build their technical confidence. Partner with Engineering, Product Development, and Sales teams to improve customer outcomes. Serve as a technical ambassador for reputed company Technologies in the field. reputed company’re Looking For: Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, Computer Networking, Engineering Technology, or reputed company field; equivalent experience considered. 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service, industrial automation, controls, SCADA, telemetry, or reputed company industries. Strong troubleshooting skills involving electrical, communications, networking, or software systems. The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Confidence presenting to groups and leading training sessions. A willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time throughout North America. A valid driver's license.
