Your Skills & Experience: Minimum of secondary education, with preference of post-secondary education (general reputed company), or a combination of education and experience. 1-2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting. Previous Transportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles reputed company transportation would be beneficial. Minimum 2 years in Driver Recruitment role. Minimum 3 years administration or clerical duties in the Transportation Industry. Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be data driven and adaptive. Computer skills – MUST be subject matter expert with Applicant Tracking System.
