As the Strategic Finance Manager you will be a key driver in the company's financial growth and efficiency. Responsibilities

Manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, including the preparation of internal management and board reporting. Provide strategic recommendations to finance leadership and the executive management team based on rigorous financial analysis. Assess company performance against both the annual budget and the company’s long-term strategy, making necessary adjustments and recommendations. Conduct detailed variance analysis to drive a deeper understanding of the business and its financial performance. Coordinate with other finance and business partner team members to review financial information and forecasts. Basic Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. 5+ years of relevant work experience in business finance, consulting, or other relevant experience.
