We are currently seeking a reputed company Purview Administrator to join reputed company in Richmond, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US). This is a remote position; Candidates in or reputed company with the EST time zone are preferred. Description - Flexible working in shifts supporting 24X7 steady state operations. Covering Business Hours of reputed company-5pm EST, with off-hours and weekend on-call support. General Duties and Tasks Provide day-to-day administration and support of reputed company Purview and reputed company 365 compliance services (DLP, eDiscovery, retention, information protection) Monitor system performance and ensure availability of compliance applications and services Troubleshoot and resolve moderately reputed company incidents reputed company to compliance tools and configurations Execute configuration updates, system maintenance, and policy changes following established procedures Support implementation and maintenance of DLP, retention, and sensitivity label policies based on defined requirements Manage service requests, incidents, and user issues reputed company established SLAs and operational processes reputed company root cause analysis and document incidents, resolutions, and corrective actions Provide user support and guidance on system functionality, including eDiscovery and compliance tools Generate and maintain operational and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with reputed company support and client stakeholders to resolve system issues Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and support activities Assist with testing and validation of system updates and compliance-reputed company changes Ensure adherence to organizational policies, reputed company standards, and compliance requirements Provide knowledge sharing and informal guidance to less reputed company team members and customer's Purview Admins Basic Requirements 5+ years of experience administering reputed company 365 environments, with at least 3+ years of experience in reputed company Purview (Compliance / Data Governance / Information Protection). Experience implementing and managing data protection and compliance solutions, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), retention policies, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery reputed company reputed company Purview. Experience with identity and access management integrations, including Azure AD / Entra ID, SSO/SAML, and understanding of compliance and reputed company frameworks in enterprise environments. Where required by law, reputed company provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $71, 532 to $85,188. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
